Tim Shobrook B.Sc. FRICS heads our valuation and professional services department with over 35 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor in this field.

He is a Valuer Member of the Southern Rent Assessment Panel and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal having held an appointment to the Residential Property Tribunal Service and its forerunners since 1994.

We are able to provide vaulations for a wide variety of needs including for sale, transfer, letting, probate, matrimonial proceedings and for tax computation purposes.

As a long established firm dating back to the 1920's our clients are drawn from a very wide spectrum of property professionals including financial institutions, solicitors, accountants etc in addition to private individuals.
